 Before you troubleshoot

## Check these first.

 Many classroom technology problems can be narrowed down quickly before administrator access is needed.

 1

 Confirm that you are signed in with the correct school account, not a personal account.

 2

 Check whether the same problem happens on another browser or another classroom device.

 3

 If a classroom display is involved, confirm the correct input and network connection.

 4

 If several classrooms are affected, or the solution requires administrator settings, contact the school IT team instead of changing system settings yourself.
